Sweet Little Blessing

Elysse Jayne Beadle was born this afternoon just past 4:00. She is 19 inches and 5 pounds 8.5 ounces. She has quite a head of hair! Very dark hair, and plenty of it, both of which are somewhat unusual in our families.

She is a very good eater. She ate quite a bit between 5:00 and 7:00, and then again just before I left the hospital at 8:30 she decided to eat some more. Perhaps she knows she needs to catch up from not taking in enough over the past month.

Tonya undoubtedly will post more details later, but for now, here are a couple of pictures and a video.

Congratulations!!!!! I love the pictures! Elysse is beautiful! You all look so happy. I'm so glad that everything went good. I couldn't help but tear up when I saw the pictures. After all you've been through the past 9 months, to be able to have this "Sweet Little Blessing" and on the same day Audrey finishes her last hospitalization, that's got to be such a relief. I'm so happy for you :)

Wow! I am having trouble putting my feelings into words. When I was watching the video the words to the background song said "you had me from hello." Elysse you had me from the moment your mom told me that she was pregnant for you. Welcome to the world and to our family.
Congratulations Tonya, Ryan, Nathan and Audrey on the new member for your family.

I'm with Grandma Karen in having a difficult time expressing my feelings. I'm trying not to drip tears on the keyboard. There is a very fine veil between us and the Savior and I feel like He opened that veil and poured some of heaven on our family. What a wonderful reward for all the stress of the past 9 months, two healthy beautiful daughters. Love you..................

Words can not express how grateful we are that everyone is healthy and doing so good. Ryan and you have been so blessed and what a happy day for you too on the 28th!!! Our new little niece is just beautiful and we so wish we could be there to meet her in person. I hope it won't be too long till we can come there. We will be awaiting the word that Audrey is strong enough for us to come. Zachary and Alaina thought you would be in Lansing for us to see you this weekend (we wish as do both grandma's I am sure). Love you all very much.....
